AFTER LESS THEN A MONTH OF USE: AFTER LESS THEN A MONTH OF USE: I purchased a pair of Earphones at Incredible Connection Canal Walk, very happy not a problem. I wanted to charge them, when I noticed to my shock and horror, that they had snapped in two (as per the pictures) I looked at my invoice it was almost a month to the day, I was very confident of been assisted, as it still new. I was assisted by a incredibly (pun intended) helpful young man, G. Pieteres. he called his manager, she was rude, I disagreed with her when she said they couldn't assist because the Earphones they could see where cut. I asked her to look at the Earphones and tell me, How do I (1) cut my Earphones after I buy them, where is the logic (2) Less them a month after why not 6 month a longer period I would think (3) if you look at the earphones you will notice, there is a clear break on the ""one side, then the other piece there is almost a clear break as well, and you will notice throughout the cored they are small breaks in the whole of it, so her reasoning is that I cut the core and want on cutting and cutting smaller slits in the core, where is they reasoning/logic in that.
