Advertising specials online, and supplying second hand goods!!!

Placed 2x orders online on the 24th November 2020 for the ATV495 Max Steaming device online as advertised for R249 each (too good to be true right? )

okay so Order # *** was delivered on the 26th November 2020 When the package was opened, the boxes were opened, no plastic wrapping in one box, the other box had plastic wrapping all opened and just in the box, both boxes have different remotes, both boxes have covers missing, and the advert said nothing about second hand goods.

second order also for another 2x ATV495Max Order # *** has not been delivered.

so i have requested refunds on both orders *** *** this was on 30 November 2020 @09:45 AM The lady says it takes 12-24 hours for them to phone and arrange collection of the first order and in general the refund will take 7-14 working days WHAT??? its now more than 24 hours later and still no communication when you place the orders the payments are instant, but for refunds you must wait, the reason i ordered these because i thought it would be nice Christmas gifts, but at the rate this is carrying on, i will have no Christmas gifts to give, so what do you suggest happens now???
