Advertising Hoax

Well since receipt on the email at 09:00 on March the 8th I tried to logon to www.incredible.co.za, for which I was able to logon complete the details the moment I try to check out it fails, we kept trying until around 22:00 to get this offer. The next morning we walked into the store and asked the staff about the offer they claim that it was a limited offer and due to high volumes it was no longer available on the 10th of March. To purchase it in store the price for online purchase was R7999 now we had to pay R9999 It is not the first time I have tried purchasing from Incredible and had similar experience. On the advert it says T;s and C;s apply but not available on the advert. They advertise on Thursday in the paper but walk in the store the same day the product is either sold out or there is no stock. Its unfair that they advertise many products at prices that are reasonable but you are never able to purchase the item advertised from any of their stores as its Out of stock. However the product that we tried to purchase online MacBook Air 11' 128GB we were not able to secure online using a VISA CARD. So their excuse that it was a limited offer ONLY was never advertised as such on their email on the same day. The offer was from the 9th - to the 11th of March 2018
