Advertised service not honoured

Incredible Connection advertised that PCs bought from them would be upgraded to Windows 10 free of charge, beginning 29 July. When I took my laptop in to Fourways Crossing soon after that date I was told it had to first be upgraded from 8.0 to 8.1. As my PC would have to be left with them for both steps, it was agreed that I should return some time later, when I was able to be without the laptop for at least a full day. I did so on the morning of 11 September, having also been on an overseas trip during the five weeks that had elapsed. Only to be told that the offer had expired.

Strange. The advert to which I responded (and also the Facebook post that is still on the website) gives a start date but says nothing about an end date. Nor was I told anything about this when I first brought in the laptop. I asked for a Manager and Conzale gave me the same unrelenting story. He called the \Branch Manager"(who was however not in the branch) and then relayed the same refusal back to me.

I left all my contact details with Conzale. But more than three days later"
