Advertised products that you can't buy

I saw a laptop on your website. HP Pavilion 15, Core i5 4210 processor. It was priced for R8999. I went to Menlyn branch to buy. They said they don't have stock - it is only online available. I phoned Atterbury branch. They told me the same thing. I phoned Kollonade and Wonderboom Junction branches with similar feedback. I came home and checked again on the website. Firstly, nowhere does it reflect that this laptop is ONLY available online. When checking stock levels, Atterbury shows in stock and Kollonade showed low stock. A few other branches indicated the same. Ben from you online help said that no branches have anything left except one Demo unit in Sandton. He wanted to offer me some Lenovo with similar specs which I didn't want. Ben ended the chat before I could rate the service. One of your sales people told me she would phone me before 5PM, no call came through. <br> My point is, how can you advertise something on your website that people CAN NOT buy!??!? This is by the way not the first time this happens. Exactly the same happened when I wanted to buy a tablet!! This is revolting service and I will not use Incredible Connection again!
