Advertised price not honored

On the 12th of November I went into incredible connection to purchase a Samsung 303l frost free fridge which was advertised at R7999 on the website. I was informed that they did not have stock but I could pay for it at the store (which i did) and collect it from hifi corporation as they had stock. Once payment was done and I left the store I received a phone call and they advised that the purchase was blocked by management and I needed to come back to the store to get my refund. I was also told that I needed to take the complaint up with management. Once I left the store I put in a complaint to customer care. To date (21 November) l, 9 days later I have received no helpful feedback from anyone.

The fridge was advertised for R7999 and that price should be honored.
