I confirmed the order, and received a confirmation email,<br> <br> I contacted Them to make sure this was correct and not a mistake. As it is Incredible connection and they deal with computers and technology, i doubted they would make an elementary mistake like this.<br> <br> They were not even aware of the problem, and reported it because of me.<br> Was told that they do not know if I will get reimbursed, or have the mistake made up to their clients in any form.<br> <br> This is unacceptable from such a large company priding themselves on online sales.<br>
