acer tablet in for repaires the last 3 months

we bought two tablets from incredible connection. the one started giving trouble with charging and was send in for repairs. when we received it back it was no longer reading Sim so went back again. when we received it back again after now more than a month gone we went home and it is still not working. went back and guy did some things and said its fine now then got home again and still not working. took it back next day and they send it back. now 3 week later again Rene tells us after promising the previous Friday that she will follow up that head office is close today so she can't follow up. we bought a tablet so it can be in for repairs permanently. will never buy anything from them again
