ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!

I app**** for credit at Incredible Connection last week Friday 26 Feb at the Alberton City branch. I was assisted by Ruben who informed me that after completing the forms, he will phone me on the Saturday. Saturday came and no phone call, So I phoned him, he informed me that he will get back to me between 10-12 on Monday morning. Ever since then I have phoned him everyday inquiring about this and every time they either tell me that somebody will phone me back (which never happens) or that my application is with the manager. If I don't phone them, they won't bother to phone me. 3 Of their assistance told me that somebody will phone me back and I am still waiting.... A week later and nothing. This means that nobody bothered to send in my application for credit as normally you are phoned after application and you have to answer credit questions etc. This is really pathetic. I would advise NOBODY to ever buy there as their service is terrible, the REFUSE to assist you and they definitely do not want your business. Absolute waste of time and energy. But then again, seeing all the complaints about this company on Hello Peter, one should really thing twice before even entering their stor
