ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE

Placed an online order 21/9/2018. Today is the 10th and still not received. Sent an email last week to follow up. No reply yet. Phoned Friday, Tuesday - consultants will follow up with Courier. Absolutely shocking. I see a trend here on Hellopeter but there is no response from Management to all the complaints. Thus I am not surprised. IC has always been our GO-TO store for computers/related info but we will need to look elsewhere going forward.
