Absolutely Poor service from Incredible

Absolutely poor service from incredible connection. purchased a Netgear range extender. only to discover that after trying several times to connect it, it was infact actually a faulty unit. Returned it to sales person who confirmed it was under warranty. was told to collect it within a week. almost 2 months later and it has still not even been fixed yet. No one bothers to call to inform you of the progress.Very poor follow up service,
