ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!

I have place an order for a TV on the 29.06.2023; that order is still pending. When I request a refund I am given a TAT of 14 working days and their special ends 10 July - (1) the order is taking so long AND, (2) the same TV is NOW R1000 less - they cannot guarantee my refund before then. I asked to speak to management and I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes without anyone checking in and advising they are still awaiting management. Xoliswa Hlatuka, Phuti Mokgohloa and Katlego Nkadimeng - this is pathetic service. The value of this order is NO SMALL CHANGE. This is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!
