Absolutely no feedback on online order

<p>On 8 November 2016 I ordered a xbox bundle it is now almost a month later and no delivery. My kids are dissapointed and i'm exsasperated because i must have phoned their call centre 7-8 times and every time someone promises to phone me back and never does. meantime Incredible connection as 7thousand plus rand of my money and seemingly no intention of supplying the goods. It must be against the consumer law to advertise and receive money for items they dont have surely this cannot be legal. There was one time a Supervisor phoned back and refered me to a store manager who made promises but again hope came crashing down. in the last two days I spoke to three different people at their call centre again no luck no call back. and the worst is this is a company that boldy displays themselves as a member of CGSO on their website?</p> <p> </p>
