Absolutely livid with poor service

Ordered a laptop on Black Friday. Delivery made following week and box contained incorrect order. Until date we have called and been promised they will call back in 24 hours. 7 calls later they still today promise that they will call in 24 hours.

I am disgusted with the poor quality of customer care as well as the operators working in the call centre.

NEVER will I support them again and I will make sure none of my friends use them either.
