Absolutely horrible

This store is the worst on service. There is no service. If you contact them over the phone, they say you need to come to the store on they also say the online store won't even be able to assist you. Tomorrow will be a week and still I haven't received the Laptop which I app**** for. I was phoned on Saturday to say I can collect and as soon as I got to the parking lot, I received a second call to say they can't assist me there is a problem.

Then I phoned the head office to put a complaint in "sorry can't assist as I can't find you on the system"

I am discussed in the type of service I received.

I was there first time 25th July 2024 Second time 28th July 2024 Phoned with a response "can't assist over phone, you need to come to the store" and sent e-mail (which) wasn't responded to 29th July 2024 Third time 30th July 2024 - went into the store. Received some sort of assistance by Manager. from 31st July 2024 until today 5th August hardly communication.

I would new suggest anyone to buy anything from incredible connection. If this is the service you receive while trying to get something, just imagine the service afterwards.
