Absolute worst service in existence

Absolute worst service in existence, everytime i call i am on hold for at least 30minutes and have had the phone put down on me multiple times. people refuse to help me with a mistake that has been made on their end. useless customer service, dont let them fool you. avoid them at all costs to prevent yourself from going through what i have been through.
