Absolute garbage

After making a purchase for a laptop on the 17th I get email confirmation that my order has been picked up by the courier on the 19th only to get this email on the 20th: Goord day Nceba,

Trust you are well.

I believe you were informed by the store regarding no stock.

Kindly send us your banking confirmation letter so that a refund form can be processed.

The store didn’t inform me, I didn’t even know what this email was referring to they didn’t even respond to confirm when I asked. Contacted their twitter page for assistance, they asked me to inbox them, but they don’t take inboxes so they they just ignored me. Rather order from takealot, they have never treated me with such disrespect.
