Absolute Disgrace

Absolutely poor service from Incredible Connection Clearwater. I bought a xbox elite series 2 controller from them in June 2023, and only noticed now that the usb port on the controller isn't working. I went to them to do my warrant that I had on the controller and they told me that no they can't do anything as they only give a 14 day warranty on the product, even though on the slips it states I have a 6 month warranty on the controller. Thank you Incredible Connection was letting me wast over R4000 on the controller that you told me that I have a 6 month warranty and did not tell me about the 14 day warranty. You are an absolute disgrace and I want my money back as you gave me a controller tat isn't working properly. You should change your name to Incredible *******ion, as your service is almost as bad as our goverment with the *******ion.
