A week with no service

I went into cradlestone last Saturday, filled in numerous forms to get a laptop on credit and was told I'll get feedback Monday. Tuesday I have to phone and was told nothing happened, every day I phone and get an excuse. Then it's sent to Clearwater, same thing. Every day an excuse! And I have to phone, I get promised that it will get done and I'll get feedback. Saturday I phone again after no feedback and Lebo isn't even there. Then I get told Monday! You know what.... Leave it! You people can't do a simple job after a week. Pathetic! And still I have no resolution.... As I am in the IT industry I won't recommend you ever again for so much as a blank CD.
