A professional and courteous agent saved the day - Thank you Omar

This is a review of the professionalism and impeccable customer service from Omar at the Incredible Connection at Cavendish Square. I have my office work set up duplicated at home. To complete this duplication I bought a wireless Microsoft keyboard and mouse for work. Yes, I have a Mac and have had no issues through the years with Incredible connection microsoft products. I did recently upgrade my Mac and there were no issues with any of the microsoft accesories I had. Unfortunately the keyboard and mouse I had bought at the IC Cavendish Square did not seem to be compatible. It was glitching, slow and the typing lagged. It was R849. I went back less than 48hours later to exchange it for one which the team could possibly advise. The gentleman at tech support was not helpful at all. First he told me that Mac should go with Mac and that I should go buy a Mac mouse and keyboard. I have a mac mouse and its not very ergonomic, its flat. I told him I could not afford a Mac keyboard and that I have always used Microsoft products from IC with no issues that perhaps they could recommend a better fit. I even brought pictures of the specifications of the microsoft set I had tht was working well. He was not interested in helping at all. I still needed a keyboard and mouse. He just told me I would be paying a 15% handling fee. This is when Omar stepped in, recommended a bluetooth set that was R1 500. The initial gentleman was still adamant about the handling fee and willing to lose me as a customer in lieu of this handling fee. Because Omar stepped in, I left with a bluetooth keyboard, a set of batteries and no handling fee. I actually spent more than double of the initial amount at the store. My set works perfectly!!
