A lying company!!!!!!

I am very disappoint in incredible connection. I bought a high end gaming laptop in june. End of september the screen stopped working. It was sent in for repairs i was phoned from repairs a week later saying they were fixing it as they spoke to me and it would be sent on monday 2nd October. Till today there is no laptop. So somebody is lying to me about what has been done! I should have trusted my gut and not bought a laptop from them. SOOOOOo disappointed!!!!!!!!!!
