65 inch tv set

Horrible horrible customer care service, I bought a Samsung 65 inch tv which the screen started turning black over a 2 year period and when I went back to complain they send it to be fixed by a called master care which was more worse than incredible connection with customer service.They took the Tv set in for weeks and when they return it,it was still not fixed.These master care company is useless and don’t know what they are doing worse just like incredible connection.people must never buy Tv from that shop
