5 weeks waiting for a repair laptop to be returned

Shocking service with a returned to repair product. A Mecer laptop was purchased, which is a piece of junk to start, it was then handed over to Incredible connection for repair on September the 2nd. Till today I have not received the laptop back, apparently mustek the supplier is striking, Not my problem sort this out!!
