3rd time bad after sale service at Incredible Connections

I bought a Laptop from Incredible Connections on 22/06/2016 with a 2 year warranty which I’m glad about because after 8 months the graphics card gave problems which I diagnosed and told them. They sent it in and after 3 weeks got it back with the hard drive swapped. The next day I took it back then after another 2 weeks they apparently swapped the motherboard. But the serial numbers stayed the same which was weird but I left it because it work for another 8 months then the swapped motherboard is giving me problems again. I understand that technology gives problems but then I don't want to struggle with people like Riaan Jonker, Chabang and the manager at Incredible to get updated on what's going on with my R13 999.00 Asus Laptop which is in for the 3rd time. You leave messages and they ( Mr. Chabang) doesn't come back to you which was left at Riaan Jonker which also said he will come back to me. Its a week later from which Mr. Chabang said he will organize a credit but he doesn't phone me back when I leave messages. Don't make the mistake that I made. Go to other places to buy tech. You will only get disappointments at Incredible Connections . P.S the company that fixes the laptop scratches the laptop and the only responds from Incredible Staff is uhm they don't know..........
