32 gig memory loss

<p>i bought a memory card but when i insert it it did not work, then when i took a closer look it had a crack then i took it back i was told i did it myself. i literally wasted my R249. the manager did not even bother to come see me. the guy really tried to help but it was damaged there was nothing he can do. i was taken aback by the manager's action. i mean can i damage a memory card how.</p>
