3 year warranty registration for my laptop

We bought a Dell Laptop at incredible connections 12/10/2021. After the laptop was paid for my husband was told by the sales person Patricia Tshabalala at the IC East Rand Crossing branch Store code 6850/02 Rcpt 7162 as indicated on the slip to register the 3 year warranty on the incredible connection site and after the registration i will receive a confirmation email or sms, after 3 attempts i still did not receive any confirmation. i will please like assistance if at all possible
