3 weeks at your branch
We sent in our R4000 printer 3 weeks ago. <br> I went in today and its still not there. I insisted on waiting till I had a answer.<br> I think its the FIRST TIME your staff has called HP, when we have been calling your store every week.<br> NOW ITS ON HOLD BECAUSE HP QUOTED YOU AND NO ONE DID ANYTING AND ITS UNDER WARRANTY!!!<br> We have spent a fortune at your store, I have purchased over R50 000 worth of goods this year!!
