2 days delivery going onto 2 months. NO RESPONSE

Earphones with a delivery time of 2 days, it is not going towards 2 months. All agents on facebook, Incredible connections webpage and email all say it is being handled and management is sorting it out. NOBODY contacts me , no updates, days, weeks and now months and they literally ignore me. I have spend a fortune on the online shop over the past 3 years. But this service is ludicrous.
