2 branches don't seem to care about customers like me

<p>called tokai branch : techie said that he would email me - he still hasn't and it's 14:30pm</p> <p> </p> <p>called waterfront branch : gave my cellnumber at 11:25am to have a techie call me back - no-one called</p> <p> </p> <p>starting to doubt doing business with any of these branches as no-one seems to care about customers like me ...</p> <p> </p>
