1st Class Service - Incredible Connection

I purchased 2 laptops from Incredible Connection in 2019 (with Incredible Connection 3 yr extended warranty). I contacted Incredible Connection & identified latent defects in both laptops. They reviewed my case & took the matter up with the local laptop distributors & they agreed to repair both laptops at no cost to me. One has been returned to me in perfect repaired condition & I will be taking the 2nd one in shortly. The Star of the exercise is Incredible Connection Blue Route manager, Hayley Dodgen. Without her I do not believe that the laptop distributors would have done these repairs at their cost. 5 Stars to IC & Hayley Dodgen !!!!
