15% charge for an exchange!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION !!!

I received an my online purchase for the MacBook M1 advertised as gold but when it came it was rose gold basically pink. After 10 minutes I went in store to exchange the colour and I was told because I had opened the seal of the box to check the colour I had to pay 15% which is almost R2600 of my macbook price that I just got 10 minutes ago, product not touched receipts and boxes intact! I have never heard of such ridiculous policy as the computer had not even been touched and nothing was wrong with it. Such charges should be for damages of some kind. They were not even willing to negotiate that amount. I am INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED and I shouldn't be stuck with a pink computer as other macbook have presented in a different hold. This is false advertising as the gold is Rose Gold and not the apple gold we are accustomed to. Someone needs to change it because I won't be stuck with a pink computer. Furthermore they also want to charge a 15% to return a brand new item. Completely outrages, this is my second computer purchase from them and I will NEVER buy anything from them again if this is how they operate and I will be sure to let as many people as I can know!!! What an INCREDIBLE LET DOWN that's what you should call yourselves!!!
