The laptop I ordered online was not despatched. No effort was made to correct this and as such I doubt the item was even in stock.

It took 105 days for my refund. And this only after intervention from the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud.

I will NEVER support Incredible Connection or their sister company HI-Fi Corp again.
