#1 Worst Tech Store 2020 : Incredible Connection

Purchased items online on 18Mar2020. All purchases and payments were successful. Since then some items were marked as out for delivery and then back to their warehouse the same day - I phoned and asked online and nobody could tell me what is going on, only response I got was that it is out for delivery. Yesterday the same item was out for delivery again and no trace of it. I phoned RTT Couriers to check were it is going, and they confirmed that the item is going from IC Warehouse back to Tachus Technology where they got their stock from, hence the item is not listed on their website anymore.. Today I got emails that all my orders have been cancelled since the prices were incorrectly listed online. Terrible service from a tech store that takes customers for a ride with false advertising and useless communication. They lure customers with low prices then just change their mind after the purchases were made, such a pathetic way of doing business and violation of Consumer Protection Act. Rather order from Takealot, way more professional than these clowns. So disappointing...
