1 month guarantee issue

I bought a computer from incredible connection which had a few issues in less than 2 months. Poor battery( dependent on a charger) & was very slow. I returned it on the 2nd month only to be told that I will have to wait 21 business days before I can have it back. Bare in mind, it's a work laptop... I'm now stranded and the management is not even attending to my concerns after the 21 days. NONSENSE!!!
