-1 for incredible connections Wonderboom Junction

Terrible service from Wonderboom junction store. Went to the store to upgrade my contract with a 2 for 1 deal advertised on their pamphlet. The consultant was nonchalant and very rude. I was told the deal is on new lines only however when I enquired why it is not stated on the pamphlet like other deals that have a disclaimer no one had an answer even their so called managers. Was given the runaround and told to go to the ombudsman even then I was given 2 incorrect numbers. Called a different branch they told me they offer upgrades on the same deal Wonderboom Junction refused to assist me with. They just didn’t have stock available
