I contacted on Blessing on Monday because my Washing Machine is too loud. I told them as such. They came the same day to have a look. They told me bearings needed to be replaced so they needed to take the Machine, but said it would be back on Tuesday. They did not deliver till Wednesday evening.

I did a small load on Thursday and the machine was leaking. They did come the same day to stop the leaking, and the machine is spinning quieter, but it is now shaking.

I was given another quote to put in shocks to stop the shaking. I paid a deposit for the shocks but am now told that their van is not working - no plan is being made to resolve the issue.

I am frustrated after spending over R3200 that I am in no better place than I started. My machine is still loud, now because it shakes and jumps.

I am worried that I have been ****med. Please don't fall for the same ****s. These guys are smart because they run Google Ads and have a good looking website, but they have been a nightmare to deal with.

They seem good up until they get money in their account and then leave you high and dry.
