After numerous sms's and phone calls received from Incontrol Health Solutions (OVAG), regarding a so called outstanding medical bill, I've asked them to please email a statement to me so I can have a look because I don't recall any outstanding bills owed to them. They said they will request a statement and send it to me after 7 days.<br> (This call was repeated 3 times.)<br> It's been more than 2 months and they still call and send sms threatning to take legal action against me. <br> To date I haven't received any statements and I have clearly spelled and given my email address to them more than 3 times.
