poor service & unhappy customer

on september 2017 -i came across team company name Blu Sta (specialising in wendy houses) in Pretoria & sandton who s contact no are ********** 199/ Obed office no ********** 756 or ********** 831 .after contacting them a cabin was erectected 2 my house in Bramley for the value of R24000 2 BED plus shower as per his quotation . after the quotation i asked tha the wall needed to have a board so that the wooden walls can be protected from water which led to Obed asking extra R3000 for the boards bringing the total cost to 27000 however the service is incomplete as after a week i called to explain that the doors were not carved smoothly & the roof was letting dust&rain inside yhey promised to come till today . i made several call every secibd week they promised but to no avail , i feel ****** and taken for a ride cause in Dec the let me ask for aday off from my work & THEY just didnt turn up as usual now lately blocked my no from their phones as i have called all their contact one of their contactperson no ONEST NO ********** 302, please assist me with way of resolving this or getting Ombudsaman numbers to report this as i spend lots of money for them to just ignore me.
