didn't not receive my refund of R440

I registered for work from home with income solution of South Africa. I followed their guidelines but I didn't not get any cash for what I did. The system didn't work for me so I requested a refund from them. They told me to send an email to [Email Removed] but it's been over a month and they never responded when I called they told me to send an email. I just want my R440 back.
