Barely Lip-Ice in holder.

I bought Lip-Ice from a local shop and I have opened it and when I turned it all the way out there was barely any Lip-Ice in the holder. This is a total ******* as you pay for something you do not really get. I have taken a picture to send on. I am truly dissapointed as this is not the first time. I also could not find any customer complaints email address and their website is still under construction.
