Assaulted at Icognito Spa and Events!

I paid these people money for services, R400.00 to be exact, upon trying to make an appointment with them I was taken from pillar to post and eventually asked for my refund to which they declined. The first excuse they gave as to why I couldnt come was because they are "having training" the whole day and I could come tomorrow, the next day I whatsApp'd them (they seem to prefer this medium of communication) they blue ticked me and never responded, an hour passed and I whatsApp'd them back and to my suprise I was rudely told that I needed "another day" to make a booking, again I asked for th owner of the establishement to which I could not get a clear answer as I was told by a lady name "Lerato / Aretha that she was a share holder! then she hang up and I then went to the establishemnt and they refused to open the gate or give me my money back and was told to wait, outside for the owner, I waited until an old woman by the name of Mpofu showed up, I would later learn that she is not even the owner but the mother of the "owner" she also was extremely rude instructing me how and when to "address" her, she said refused to give me my money cash and insisted I sent her my banking details and as I was obtaining my banking details for her she then told the other lady who works at the establishment that I was a "fool" and "unprofessional" upon me confronting her she continued to verbally abuse me! I took out my phone to record all this (I have the video) thats when she ran to her car and drove off running away from me, I have sent her my banking details and I STILL have not received my refund, I continued to take a video of the facility to warn other people about these ****** and thats when the lady there physically assaulted me by pulling and pushing me out. I then went to Pretoria North police station and reported the matter, the police man assisting me called her and she promised to pay e back, however, she later told me on the phone that she will not pay me as "I went to the police and so the police should pay me" I am utterly shocked and disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism of these people and also feel voilated. I am in the process of opening a case of assault against the woman who physically assaulted me. I will seek further legal advice as to what can and should be done in such a situation. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, THEY ARE ****** AND WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
