in 2019 I bought a Venturer 2 in 1 mini laptop from Venturer via take a lot. The screen cracked last year and this year in March I did a quote with the supply to repair the screen as many repairers couldn't assist. I got a quote from the supplier and it was a bit steep and I sent an email to them and they gave me a discount. And the mini laptop was booked in for repairs, when the it came back I was lost for words, the keyboard was not sent for repairs however, it is replaced at no extra cost as it had 2/3 keys missing.
