My name is Phumelela Tindleni I am writing your lay a formal complaint and to seek for either a refund from InchesnWigs or get good quality proper hair I am really unfami**** with online payments and online purchasing but I decided to do it since whereas the salon says they deliver and I am always at work and also knock of Late. Here is my story I saw a picture of a weave from vanessa a friend of mine asked her where she bought the hair and she confirmed that she bought it from inches and wings wings where I asked how much a 20 inch is and they said R1700 and wig making R300 no delivery fee or anything like a price list where I can choose from 8 made a payment and was asked what am ordering and I said 20 inch so turns out the lady who referred me was wearing a brown weave not a black weave so the hair was wrong when I got to sandton the weave was not made and the hair was not what I wanted the lady **** to me and said I just need to iron it but that is Peruvian hair and original I called the owner to let him know and he said when I looked at the hair was it what I wanted and I said no because the ends are concerning because they get creased up e asked me what the lady said and she advised I must iron it when I compared the hair to what I was ordering as per the picture it was totally different I called the owner to ask why it was like that he told me because I was irresponsible by ordering online he can advise that next time when I buy I should buy what I see on pictures he didn't ask me to buy I came for myself and he went refund me not change the hair because I already fitted it who will wear that filthy hair mind you I only had the put on my hair I paid R2000 I saved up for it a whole good 5 months I work so hard and when I told him that he said it's not his problem .
