Funeral ****

on the 8th October 2021 we buried my mother but the service we received from the parlour was so poor & unsatisfying. firstly the casket we chose and paid for is not the one that has buried my mother,We paid for a white dome with gold handles but what we got was a brown coffin painted in a clumsy white paint that showed the original colour of the brown coffin with silver handles.

Her white favourite blouse she was suppose to wear, she was not wearing it so they stole it.The white tent they delivered was so dirty and all other features of the package we paid for were not done. worse part is my Mother told them exactly how she wants to be buried but they failed to fulfil her wishes.

I have sent my complaint on Saturday to their offices but the guy said he will call me back till today i haven't heard anything from them.

We kindly request that our mother to be buried in her white dome we paid for.
