Bad Bad treatment

I am very disappointed with this storage. I have been working with them from north to east since 2016 or 17, in May I saved my noticed on the 28th of May, I asked at the reception how long it takes to pay back the deposit and he said 14 to 21 days. I let it be. I then recently received an email of advance payment, it was a statement and I decided not to respond because until I receive my money. 21 days passed and 30 days passed. I prepared them by giving notice on the 28th May that was before the beginning of June. But tell me why is the 4th and I haven't received my money. They don't respond to my emails as well. I wanted to take this further and bring cameras to their offices but am giving them chance to pay my money. And I remember the month they threatened me that if I don't pay my things will be auctioned ,but funny enough the day I went to give notice there was a guy who owed mored than me but they were ready to have payment agreement but to me it was a threat. I got scared, I didn't have an income and I borrowed even after explaining why I didn't pay for that month. So I need my money today before I can take further action.
