Waiting 7 months for dining chairs to be changed

We purchased 7 Dining chairs last October already. 1 of the chairs stitching was loose on delivery already. Emailed and called Incanda to be told they will exchange chairs. More than 7 months later and we still waiting. Now the stitching of a second chair is also loose. Worse service ever! Will never buy furniture from them again.
