Poor Quality Shame on Incanda
I Purchased the Philadelphia 3 drawer Oak unit. The unit was delivered with the leg completely broken off. Now a week later a replacement unit was delivered and the leg is loose and not even glued into its joint. Shame on Incanda !! Who does quality control at the factory? ... and one cannot even speak to a senior manager, only people in customer care..... so sad!!
