No Response received for refund due to me

I requested a quotation at Inca Conrete Mansory in East London. After receiving the quote with the price with banking details. I paid the amount so that my order can be booked for delivery ASAP. After emailing the proof of payment I was told that the company is facing financial crisis and should contact my bank to stop the funds which I did unsuccessfully. I informed them that the reversal of funds was unsuccessful and they should refund my money back. They are now taking me back and forth and they are not returning to me to tell me when they can refund my money. I will be taking further action in this regard as this is not the way to treat customers.
