No Compassion

Dr Zambelli showed an incredible lack of compassion, caring or basic humanity when dealing with me and my basset. He has to date not returned my calls or emails during her chemo treatments even when my basset was critical and subsequently euthanized at my local vet. After assuring me that he had a huge success rate with treating her specific cancer we lost her after 8 weeks. I am devastated and still waiting for a call/email
