AVOID INANDA VETERINARY HOSPITAL AT ALL COSTS

Shocking Treatment So two years ago just after moving to Waterfall a rescue dog my daughter took in was attacked by ******s . I agreed to take him to the vet with her as the dog had a gaping wound in his rump . When we arrived I pointed out he wasnt my dog and wanted the bill done in my daughters name as she was paying. They refused as I had bought dewormer from them so they had me on the system. From the get go they quoted us a price to stitch the dog up and insisted we pay an amount up front which they insisted would cover the treatment. From day one they did not communicate with us as to the condition of the dog . I had to phone in repeatedly . They insisted on keeping the dog overnight without informing us which then of course meant they could charge a lot more when he would have been happier at home with us. (This dog was a rescue dog with major issues trusting people) When we went to collect the dog we were suddenly informed that the amount charged was 3 x the amount we were quoted which I very loudly objected to and I was told they would review the amount. The dog was also muzzled and completely traumatized. It took us months to help the poor chap gain trust again which leads me to believe he was actually mistreated . We didnt hear from them again for months (surprise surprise) and were suddenly confronted with Bentley credit control - we since discovered their admin had transposed email address incorrectly so mail re the bill was never received. All in all I would say use any other vet in the Upper Highway than this lot ! In 30 years of owning animals and rescuing animals I have never encountered such a money grubbing heartless and inefficient practice as this one !!!!!
